Cine Las Americas is a multicultural nonprofit based in Austin, Texas, dedicated to uplifting the voices and visions of Latine/x and Indigenous filmmakers. Through our annual film festival, youth education programs, and year-round events, we create a cinematic experience that spans the Americas and beyond. Our work builds community, fosters collaboration, and ensures that diverse stories and storytellers are celebrated and recognized locally, nationally, and internationally.

With the tagline Youth Inspired by Knowledge, the POP (Protect Our Planet) Movement is a unique initiative designed to address the urgent need to share information and knowledge with the youth on solutions to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the UN, mitigate climate change, and adapt to its growing impacts. They are a global platform uniting youth, organizations, and communities to drive change through knowledge, mentorship, and collective action.
